Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Mülheim seeking a Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to lead talent operations and partnership development.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the team as primary point of contact for managed talent and influencers
• Acquire new collaboration partners, prepare proposals, and handle incoming partnership requests
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
• Develop concepts and content formats in collaboration with talent, supporting implementation
• Coordinate between talent and partners, plan deployments, and ensure talent well-being
• Identify and recruit potential new talent for existing and future formats and programs
• Foster forward-thinking approaches and create new opportunities beyond traditional artist management in close collaboration with talent

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency)
• Strong interest and instinct for current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, particularly regarding new trends and technologies
• Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
• Experience implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
• Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken
• Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills and practical experience
• Passion for managing artists and enthusiasm for organizational work
