Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to join their team in Mülheim. In this role, you will:

• Support coordination and communication with internal talent roster
• Assist in identifying and securing new brand partnership opportunities
• Create proposals and respond to incoming partnership inquiries
• Develop negotiation skills through contract discussions and pricing arrangements with brands and service providers
• Support senior artist managers in developing content concepts and formats for talent
• Serve as liaison between talent and brand partners, managing scheduling and talent wellbeing
• Research and acquire potential new partnership opportunities and formats

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate with:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, or similar roles at a digital, social media, or PR agency
• Strong interest in and intuition for current digital and consumer trends
• Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, hands-on experience implementing and/or concepting social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and self-motivation
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities and team-player mentality
• Passion for talent management and artist relations
• Excellent organizational skills and outgoing personality
