(SENIOR) Relationship & Recruiting Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization in the industrial and energy sectors, and our talent team is seeking a Relationship & Recruiting Manager to join their Munich office.

In this role, you will own the full recruitment cycle for challenging specialist and project-based positions across multiple industries. Working in a 180-degree model alongside account management, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for national and international positions spanning project management, SAP, PLM specialists, and engineering roles
• Monitor the candidate market and serve as a recruiting expert to both clients and consultants
• Proactively source top talent through business platforms, pitch open positions, and engage candidates on behalf of our client
• Review CVs, conduct interviews, and ensure optimal candidate fit for each project
• Guide candidates from initial contact through successful placement, negotiate terms, and provide ongoing advisory support
• Maintain organized CRM documentation and continuously expand the talent pool
• Collaborate closely with account management and support multiple key client accounts
• Contribute ideas for process optimization and business growth

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting experience in cross-functional positions within industrial, energy, or related sectors; knowledge of staffing services is a plus
• Proven success developing effective recruiting strategies and building candidate pipelines
• Proficiency with standard recruiting tools and willingness to explore new sourcing methods
• Experience managing CRM data
• Passion for connecting people with opportunities, proactive outreach skills, and comfort communicating with diverse stakeholders
• Interest in process improvement and active contribution to strategy
• Results-driven work style with high initiative and persistence
• University degree in business or related field (preferred)
• Very strong German (minimum C1 level) and fluent English (minimum B2-C1 level)
