Account Executive, French, Italy and Middle- East Markets

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an accomplished Account Executive to join their Paris office. This role focuses on the French market with expansion into Italy and Middle Eastern territories. Our client is a rapidly scaling communications platform serving thousands of companies globally.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound selling strategies to build pipeline and acquire new business across French, Italian, and Middle Eastern markets
• Manage the complete sales cycle from qualified lead through contract negotiation and closing
• Articulate value propositions to mid-market businesses and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify opportunities and accelerate pipeline progression
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity to ensure strong pipeline coverage and quota achievement
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance throughout proof-of-concept phases
• Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity in all client communications

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role within SaaS (required)
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory); Italian or Hebrew language skills are a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement platforms such as Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPICED or MEDDIC is advantageous
• Demonstrated success closing net new business and generating independent pipeline
• Proactive seller capable of identifying business pain points, communicating outcomes, and driving urgency
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Competitive mindset with drive to exceed goals, develop new skills, and contribute innovative ideas
