Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Finance Agent

About This Opportunity

Our client is a well-established fintech platform serving millions of users across Southeast Asia. They are expanding their AI-powered financial services and need experienced full stack engineers who can ship product features quickly across the entire stack.

We are representing this confidential organization in their search for product-minded engineers based in Singapore who can move seamlessly between frontend, backend, internal tools, and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems
• Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services
• Work with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch features rapidly
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability
• Use analytics, user feedback, and production issues to improve features after launch
• Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve business velocity

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems
• Ability to build useful products quickly without requiring perfect specifications
• Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
• Comfortable debugging across the entire stack
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps, or high-volume platforms is a strong advantage
• Must be currently based in Singapore
• Strong English communication skills required
