About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential eMobility infrastructure client in their search for a Working Student AI Enablement (m/f/d) based in Essen. This is a unique opportunity to shape how an entire organization learns and adopts generative AI tools across departments.

You will design and deliver the company's AI curriculum—from foundational company-wide training to department-specific deep dives. You'll build complete courses for the internal learning platform, create engaging content that people actually finish, and run live formats like prompting clinics and use case labs. You'll also help establish an AI champions network and ensure enablement becomes part of everyday work, not a one-off initiative.

This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, AI fluency, and organizational change—with the bonus opportunity to contribute technically to the in-house AI portal if you're interested.

Responsibilities

  • Design a role-based AI curriculum structure, from baseline to department-specific modules
  • Build end-to-end courses for the learning platform: outline, script, production, versioning
  • Produce engaging learning content including worked examples, exercises, short videos, one-pagers, and scenario-based assessments
  • Design and facilitate live sessions such as prompting clinics, lunch & learns, and use case labs
  • Launch and support an AI champions network across departments
  • Conduct needs assessments with colleagues to identify skill gaps and build a prioritized content backlog
  • Maintain documentation for AI literacy measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act (audiences, versions, rationale, dates)
  • Track adoption and learning metrics; report to the Head of AI Strategy and HR
  • Collaborate with the AI Unit and HR to integrate enablement into onboarding and daily workflows
  • Optionally contribute to the technical development of the internal AI portal

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (computer science, data science, game engineering, or related field)
  • Active user of generative AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.) to build tools, dashboards, games, or similar projects on a regular basis
  • Stay current with developments in generative AI capabilities and use cases
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and without oversimplification
  • Structured and self-directed; able to take high-level briefs and develop polished drafts independently
  • Comfortable presenting and facilitating in virtual and in-person settings
  • Skilled at translating business needs and blockers into AI-augmented workflows
  • Nice-to-have: experience creating learning content, workshops, teaching, or working with LMS platforms and instructional design
