Customer Success Manager, Small Group

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare SaaS organization in their search for a Customer Success Manager focused on small group accounts. This role centers on driving engagement, retention, and growth across a portfolio of 300-500 healthcare practices through scaled, AI-driven strategies and multi-channel outreach.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize growth, retention, and feature-adoption campaigns for small group accounts using multi-channel digital tools and personalized outreach
• Monitor customer health dashboards and leverage AI-generated insights to proactively identify accounts at risk or ready for expansion
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely responses and efficiently routing complex issues to appropriate teams
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your portfolio, managing a scaled pipeline and promoting new features through digital nudges and targeted messaging
• Own the contract renewal process for your book of business, ensuring high retention rates by demonstrating ongoing value
• Master CRM tools, campaign platforms, and AI platforms to manage the customer lifecycle and drive team efficiency
• Track and analyze key metrics including retention rate, expansion rate, and adoption metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and customer interventions
• Manage a book of business representing $4M-$6M in annual recurring revenue across 300-500 customers

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in customer success or customer-facing sales roles within healthcare SaaS or revenue cycle management platforms
• Strong interest in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or health operations
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Adaptability, coachability, and demonstrated customer empathy
• Experience or strong interest in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and campaign platforms
• Willingness to learn AI platforms for lifecycle engagement and scaled customer management
• Comfort promoting new features, upgrades, and adoption messages through campaigns and digital channels

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to healthcare workflows, patient/provider engagement, or electronic health record systems

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $80,000 - $105,000 USD per year plus variable compensation.
