About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential mobile gaming publisher based in Paris. We're seeking an Organic Growth Hacker to drive viral growth for a top-ranked arcade game with over 100 million downloads. This isn't a traditional social media role—we need someone who treats platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram as growth laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of social media accounts across multiple niches, personas, languages, and content formats to identify high-performing strategies
• Leverage AI tools to produce, remix, and test video content at scale—outpacing traditional content creation workflows
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends among Gen Alpha audiences within hours, turning them into game-related content before trends peak
• Execute distribution hacks including seeding, strategic commenting, stitches, duets, cross-posting, and targeted boosts on winning content
• Collaborate with creators of all sizes, set up partnerships, and activate players to become content creators through challenges and user-generated content initiatives
• Continuously test hooks, formats, thumbnails, posting times, and account strategies based on performance data
• Deliver weekly reports on viral successes, learnings, and scaling plans with clear metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record growing accounts or brands on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram with demonstrable metrics (personal accounts are valued)
• Growth hacker mindset: you prioritize volume, speed, and iteration over perfection
• Arsenal of growth tactics including algorithm exploitation, automation tools, and unconventional distribution methods
• Proficiency with AI tools for content production and scaling workflows
• Deep understanding of Gen Alpha culture, trends, and what resonates with middle school and early high school audiences
• Ability to edit short-form videos quickly and independently
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in metrics like hold rate, shares per view, and completion rate
• Comfort appearing on camera is a plus
