Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential brand activation agency seeking a working student to support their creative team. In this role, you will:

• Assist the creative team in developing concepts and ideas for brand activation along the entire shopper journey through to point of sale
• Support the visual execution of concepts, from initial sketches to presentation-ready layouts
• Prepare presentations and pitch materials, ensuring clear and compelling communication of creative ideas
• Utilize AI-supported tools strategically for research, moodboards, and initial visual drafts
• Contribute your own ideas on how to evolve the creative process
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and liaise with the consulting department

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone currently enrolled in a creative discipline such as communication design, graphic design, visual communication, or a comparable field. The ideal candidate will have:

• Initial practical experience through an internship, working student position, or comparable projects
• Confident use of standard programs including InDesign and Photoshop
• Enthusiasm for conceptual work and a strong sense for brands, visual language, and design
• Experience with AI tools in the creative process (desired)
• Careful, structured, and reliable working style, even under time pressure
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility during semester breaks
