Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a bilingual Product Designer for their global public sector division in London. In this role, you will:
- Lead early-stage design: Own the complete design process from initial concept through final implementation, collaborating directly with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful solutions quickly
- Develop compelling concepts: Extract key insights from stakeholder and client feedback and translate them into design solutions that meet complex requirements
- Manage multiple stakeholders: Navigate competing priorities and align diverse groups around a unified design direction
- Communicate visually: Deliver polished presentations and visual storytelling using modern AI-powered design tools to bring concepts to life
- Make data-informed decisions: Ground your design choices in research, analytics, and user insights
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (essential for this role)
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in early-stage product environments
- Experience at both startup and established companies, with at least one role at a well-regarded organization with strong product development practices
- Background designing B2B products for government or enterprise clients
- Prior work experience in the GCC region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE)
- Currently based in the GCC or willing to relocate
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms
- Degree in HCI, Computer Science, or Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating polish, professional presentation, and clear visual communication
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience at AI-focused companies
- Technical background or coding experience
