About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for a Senior GenAI Engineer based in London. Our client is a fast-growing enterprise platform operating at the intersection of AI and business intelligence, serving major organizations worldwide.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on production-grade generative AI features with real-world impact. You'll join a technical team building multi-agent systems and advanced NLP capabilities that directly influence how global enterprises make strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge multi-agent AI features, including both enhancement of existing capabilities and development of new functionality
- Work across the full technology stack—frontend, backend (C# and Python), infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
- Build AI features with determinism, auditability, and robust data visualization capabilities
- Develop production-ready solutions with high test coverage and long-term maintainability
- Translate user requirements into elegant technical solutions with a strong product focus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship complex AI-powered products
What We're Looking For
Required:
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience writing production-grade code
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience prompting large language models—whether through advanced coding tools or implementing GenAI features in production
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Product-oriented mindset with ability to simplify complex technical challenges
Bonus qualifications:
- Knowledge of recent developments in agentic AI systems
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience building agents using LangGraph or similar frameworks
- Track record of shipping complex LLM-based products to production
- Experience building evaluation pipelines for AI systems
