Praktikum Digital Analytics (m/w/d)| Ab September, München

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital consultancy seeking an intern for Digital Analytics starting in September in München. This is a hands-on role building measurement methodologies for AI-driven search visibility.

You will:

• Execute defined prompt sets regularly across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and other AI platforms, documenting which brands and sources are cited and tracking changes over time to build the data foundation for emerging search visibility methodologies
• Prepare SEO data including crawls, Search Console exports, ranking comparisons, and competitive analysis, transforming raw data into actionable formats
• Analyze log files to verify how AI crawlers access client sites and identify potential blocking issues
• Test tracking implementations to ensure events fire correctly, consent states function properly, and data remains plausible across GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Build data foundations for monthly client reporting, learning which metrics drive decisions versus simply filling reports
• Document methodologies including prompt sets, definitions, and measurement limitations to create sustainable processes
• Participate in team meetings, contribute observations, and question existing approaches constructively

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Master's degree studies in data, marketing, economics, media, or computer science, or an alternative background with demonstrated interest in the field
• At least one relevant prior experience working in a team with real deadlines—previous internship or working student position at an agency, consultancy, B2B company, international corporation, freelance work, or client-facing project
• Strong attention to detail and precision in repeatable measurement tasks
• Genuine curiosity about AI beyond simple usage—candidates who have questioned where AI answers originate will stand out
• Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills with comfort handling larger datasets; exposure to SQL, GA4, or Search Console is a plus
• Ability to work independently within structure—asking clarifying questions when needed, then proceeding hands-on without constant oversight
• Very good German and confident English language skills
• Availability for at least 6 months, as shorter periods do not allow sufficient onboarding and meaningful contribution

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €1,800 gross per month (full-time basis; pro-rated for part-time arrangements).

This is a 6-month minimum internship position located in München with flexible working hours to accommodate academic schedules.
