Demand Generation Manager – 4 Day Week + Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction technology client who needs a Demand Generation Manager to build their inbound pipeline from the ground up. This is a fully remote, four-day work week role based in the Philippines or Portugal.

Our client has production capabilities—content, design, web, video, product marketing—and a sales team ready to take meetings. What they're missing is someone whose entire job is filling the funnel with qualified demos. You'll own one number: qualified demos landing in the sales team's calendar.

This isn't a run-some-ads role. You'll build and own the complete journey from cold audiences through brand awareness all the way to booked meetings. Paid, events, webinars, trade media, conversion, handoff to sales, budget, and every number in between.

Responsibilities

You'll own inbound lead generation end to end, with qualified demos booked for the sales team as your core KPI. Your remit includes:

• Advertising: LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, Instagram and other channels, both cold acquisition and retargeting to warm audiences
• Paid media and syndication: Trade publications and industry media placements targeting the right audience
• Events coordination: Selecting and running industry events and conferences, from planning through follow-up that converts attendees into demos
• Webinars: One-to-many product demos and industry topics for top and mid-funnel; one-to-few sessions for target accounts supporting specific deals
• Funnel, conversion and handoff: Build and report on funnel-stage metrics, own landing pages, forms and follow-up journeys, and define how the sales team receives leads with context
• Budget and briefing: Recommend spend needed to hit targets, track cost per demo and pipeline generated, and direct creative teams with briefs for campaigns

Within 3 months, success means a measurable funnel visible at every stage, predictable demo flow, and 30 qualified demos per month via inbound activity.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• A track record building full-funnel B2B demand generation with proven results taking cold audiences through to booked meetings
• Hands-on paid media experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads as a minimum
• Strong grasp of conversion optimization across landing pages, forms, and follow-up journeys
• Experience with events, webinars, or trade media as lead sources (ideally)
• HubSpot experience a strong plus
• Proficient written and verbal English communication
• Ability to brief and direct creative teams and report honestly on performance
• Strong critical thinking—you diagnose why something isn't converting and fix the right problem
• Comfortable owning a number and being measured on outcomes
• AI-native work approach using tools like Claude to handle admin and reporting

Nice to Have:

• Marketing automation and nurture design in HubSpot
• Account-based marketing experience
• SEO and organic lead generation
• Construction or built-environment industry knowledge
• Experience as the first demand gen hire building the function from scratch
• A repeatable playbook you've run successfully at multiple companies
