Demand Generation Program Manager | Canada | Remote

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential observability SaaS organization seeking a Demand Generation Program Manager to join their fully remote Canadian team. This is a high-impact role focused on customer expansion and lifecycle marketing, working at the intersection of demand generation and AI-driven program automation.

This client is rebuilding how modern demand generation operates—leveraging AI agents and agentic workflows to scale programs that traditionally required large specialist teams. You'll own customer lifecycle demand programs that drive expansion and cross-sell within existing accounts, one of the company's biggest growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute customer lifecycle demand generation programs targeting expansion, cross-sell, and product adoption across existing accounts
• Design and deploy programs across multiple channels including email, in-app, web, paid media, events, and outbound in partnership with sales and customer teams
• Build agentic workflows using AI tools to automate program execution—audience segmentation, content generation, signal detection, and campaign quality assurance
• Translate marketing signals into actionable sales intelligence: account coverage reports, buying signals, and campaign follow-up workflows delivered directly to sales leadership
• Instrument programs with proper measurement frameworks, report honestly on pipeline impact, and optimize or sunset underperforming initiatives
• Support cross-functional demand initiatives across paid, email, events, web, and outbound as business priorities shift

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company
• Demonstrated experience running programs across at least two to three channels (email/lifecycle, paid, events, web, outbound) with measurable pipeline results
• Proven track record marketing to existing customers through expansion, cross-sell, or customer lifecycle programs—not just net-new acquisition
• Hands-on experience building automations or agentic workflows using AI; comfort treating AI as program leverage rather than a buzzword
• Data fluency: ability to pull your own metrics, validate data integrity, and build executive-ready program readouts
• Strong program management fundamentals with proven ability to ship on time and collaborate effectively across sales, product marketing, and operations teams

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions alongside traditional sales-led programs
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, or open source software ecosystems
• Proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, and modern data platforms like BigQuery
• Public work (blog posts, talks, case studies) demonstrating thought leadership on AI in marketing operations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: CAD 101,000 - CAD 122,000 base compensation. The client also offers equity (RSUs) as part of total compensation.
