About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity SaaS organization that is scaling rapidly following significant growth funding. Our client is building next-generation risk management platforms that process billions of signals daily, and they need talented product designers to shape critical user experiences across multiple product teams.

This role offers the opportunity to work on greenfield initiatives in the 0-1 phase, where you'll define design strategy and vision for features that will impact how organizations manage cyber risk. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to transform complex technical concepts into intuitive, scalable product experiences.

Multiple positions are available across distinct teams. During the interview process, our talent team will work with you to identify the best team match based on your background and interests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design strategy and execution for product features, from early concept through to release and iteration
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to shape feature direction and strategic design decisions
  • Conduct discovery research, lead user interviews, and translate complex risk and compliance insights into clear product opportunities
  • Create prototypes at appropriate fidelity levels to enable rapid validation and continuous learning
  • Simplify complex domain requirements into intuitive, high-clarity user interfaces that improve core user flows
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, expanding components and establishing new patterns
  • Refine designs based on customer feedback, user testing results, and product analytics
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build, test, and ship high-quality product experiences

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of commercial product design experience with a proven track record of shipping intuitive user experiences
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design quality, along with clear thinking about vision, user impact, and measurable outcomes
  • Proactive approach to ownership, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving work forward independently
  • Experience contributing to and evolving design systems alongside engineers and designers
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design strategy and provide actionable feedback to remote teams
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with understanding of when to lead and when to support
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design tooling

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in product management or leading product strategy
  • Hands-on experience designing 0-1 products or complex B2B SaaS software
  • Experience with risk/compliance management tools, cybersecurity, AI agents, or autonomous systems (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile software development environments
  • Experience designing for multilingual audiences
