About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-growing PropTech client in their search for a Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale their Mid-Market sales function. This is a hybrid role based in London (E1), requiring three days per week in the office.
Our client provides a platform that serves the property rental sector, and they need an experienced sales leader who can build execution engines, coach high-performing Account Executives, and drive disciplined deal management using MEDDPICC methodology.
This isn't a passive oversight role—you'll be an active builder who runs deal interrogations, provides live coaching, steps into executive sponsor duties on strategic opportunities, and lays the operational foundation for enterprise expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives through regular one-to-ones, call reviews, and live deal shadowing to ensure consistent target achievement
- Run multi-threaded deal interrogations using MEDDPICC to validate champions, uncover risks, map decision-makers, and maintain accurate CRM forecasting
- Partner with SDR and Demand-Gen leadership on territory strategies and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Customer Success to streamline deal progression
- Refine go-to-market playbooks, standardise commercial negotiation frameworks, and build scalable processes to support expansion into Enterprise accounts
- Step into high-stakes deals as an executive sponsor when needed to drive closure
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and scaling B2B SaaS Account Executives to hit targets in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments
- Practical, hands-on expertise using MEDDPICC to dissect deals, spot red flags early, and guide representatives through complex buying centres
- A builder mindset—you love getting into the weeds of deal strategy, sitting in on calls, and structuring winnable proposals
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with strong command of SaaS metrics, ROI modelling, and contract negotiation skills
Desirable:
- Experience in PropTech, Real Estate, FinTech, or highly regulated SaaS environments
- A track record of transitioning leadership scope from Mid-Market into Enterprise tiers
