Wir repräsentieren einen etablierten Auftraggeber im Tiefbau mit Sitz in Berlin. Unser Mandant sucht einen Kalkulator (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Ingenieur- und Tiefbau, der moderne Kalkulationssoftware nutzt und Wert auf digitale Arbeitsprozesse legt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Kalkulation von Tief-, Straßen- und Ingenieurbauprojekten
- Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Mengenermittlungen
- Einholung und Auswertung von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangeboten
- Erstellung von Angebots- und Auftragskalkulationen
- Mitwirkung bei Vergabeverhandlungen und Nachtragskalkulation
- Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Einkauf
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen oder Ausbildung als Bautechniker
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Kalkulation im Tief- oder Ingenieurbau
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware (z. B. iTWO, RIB, Nevaris)
- Analytisches Denken, Sorgfalt und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)

Vergütung
Vergütung über Get A Job.ai: €75.000–€105.000 brutto jährlich, abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation. Zusätzlich Erfolgsprämien für erfolgreiche Projekte.
