Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential civil engineering organization in Osnabrück seeking a Kalkulator (m/w/d) to join their team. In this role, you will:
- Prepare cost estimates for civil engineering, road construction, and infrastructure projects
- Create bills of quantities and perform quantity takeoffs
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Develop tender and contract cost calculations
- Participate in contract negotiations and prepare variation cost estimates
- Coordinate with project management and procurement teams
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or qualification as a construction technician (Bautechniker)
- Proven experience in cost estimation within civil engineering or infrastructure construction
- Proficiency with cost estimation software such as iTWO, RIB, or Nevaris
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cost awareness
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
