IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization in Hamburg seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support their growing client base. In this role, you will:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft IT infrastructure, including servers and network switches
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability of IT services for all users
• Implement and manage security policies to protect sensitive business data
• Support planning and execution of IT projects to improve business processes
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers and network equipment

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

• Experience administering Windows Server environments
• Knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in IT systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based position
