Sr Product Manager – LTV and Retention

About the Role

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead engagement and retention strategy across their consumer trading platforms. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the product roadmap for building long-term user loyalty and maximizing lifetime value across both mobile and web applications.

You'll be responsible for defining and executing product initiatives that drive meaningful behavioral change—from discovery through launch and iteration. This means developing growth loops, habit-forming features, and personalized experiences that keep users coming back.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for engagement and loyalty initiatives, aligning with broader growth objectives
• Take ownership of critical metrics including retention rate, session frequency, and lifetime value (LTV)
• Drive the full product development lifecycle with emphasis on utility, repeat usage, and behavioral reinforcement
• Develop growth loops and in-product mechanics such as gamification, rewards programs, social features, and habit-forming design patterns
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to execute A/B and multivariate testing at scale, using data to inform rapid iteration
• Collaborate with Marketing and Lifecycle teams to build targeted campaigns and personalized messaging strategies across push notifications, in-app, and email channels
• Design and refine client segmentation frameworks to personalize user experiences and optimize conversion journeys
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align product goals with user personas, market demands, and commercial objectives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on engagement, retention, or lifecycle growth (fintech or crypto experience strongly preferred)
• Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Proven experience in growth product management, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and applying behavioral psychology principles
• Track record of successfully launching engagement features such as notification systems, loyalty/rewards programs, or community-driven products
• Experience working across both mobile and web applications, with comfort navigating technical discussions with engineering teams
• Deep user empathy balanced with strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across all organizational levels
• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with alignment to the mission of open finance
