Associate Account Executive – Loan Sales

Responsibilities

• Utilize independent discretion and judgment to analyze customer assets, income, and debts to recommend appropriate financial and loan products
• Advise customers on the advantages and disadvantages of different financial solutions based on their individual needs and circumstances
• Market and promote financial products and services to current and prospective clients
• Conduct high-level cold-calling to qualify and close new accounts, demonstrating strong prospecting skills
• Document all sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through phone and field activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
• Deliver excellent communication and presentations with a customer service-focused approach

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 1-5 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably with demonstrated success in sales
• Proven intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
• Competitive nature with a track record of setting goals, exceeding them, and supporting teammates
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven and ambitious personality that thrives in fast-paced environments
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions
• Willingness to travel approximately 5% annually for team meetings and collaboration
