Client Support Analyst

We are representing a confidential financial technology organization that serves publicly traded companies worldwide. Our talent team is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join their operations in Mexico. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply technical skills while supporting well-known global brands in maintaining their investor relations presence.

As a Client Support Analyst, you will execute website content updates and deliver exceptional client service within a content management system environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative teamwork and is passionate about client experiences in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute website content updates within a content management system for publicly traded companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage ad hoc support requests involving website layouts, documents, and board of directors pages
• Facilitate high-impact content updates including webcasting information, presentations, disclosure documents, press releases, financial reports, and ESG materials
• Communicate frequently and professionally with clients via email and phone, keeping them informed on request status
• Ensure timely delivery of client updates while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (new cases within 60 minutes, reopened cases within 30 minutes)
• Conduct quality review checks when performing site updates to ensure accuracy
• Provide support during peak periods, including quarterly earnings cycles
• Participate in non-business hours activities as needed for critical client events, escalations, and holiday coverage

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of customer service experience; professional customer support experience is prioritized
• Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and CSS required
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery required
• Experience working in content management systems
• Experience with ticketing systems required; Salesforce experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
• Independent troubleshooting capabilities
• Working knowledge of PC and Mac-based environments
• Financial industry experience is a bonus
• Availability to work during quarterly earnings blackout periods (four to five weeks per quarter when time off is restricted)
• Flexibility for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support as needed

Career Growth: Analysts begin with ad hoc requests and may transition to quarterly earnings updates and product testing after six months to one year. After one to two years, staff members are eligible to pursue internal opportunities in activations, technical product support, QA engineering, or earnings teams. Performance is tracked through availability, case time entry, customer satisfaction scores, first contact resolution metrics, and issue logs.
