As a Software Engineer, you will join a team that ships code multiple times daily, building cloud-native systems that serve a large user base. You'll work in an open, supportive culture where decision-making is distributed and collaboration is central to how teams operate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend systems using modern cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to microservice architecture running on container orchestration platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features rapidly and reliably
• Participate in continuous integration and deployment workflows
• Make technical decisions that impact product development and system design
• Support infrastructure as code practices and observability tooling

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with Java in backend development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Understanding of microservice-based architecture patterns
• Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and rapid deployment practices
• Exposure to infrastructure tooling such as Terraform and monitoring platforms like Grafana is beneficial
• Collaborative mindset with a preference for fast-paced, innovative environments
