Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Senior Product Manager, SAP based in London. This is a hybrid role focused on defining and executing product strategy for a flagship ERP integration within an AI-powered accounting platform.

You will own the roadmap for SAP connectivity, ensuring workflows and products run seamlessly on SAP financial data and processes. This role sits at the intersection of SAP technical architecture and accounting domain expertise, working across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption within SAP-running organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product functionality for the SAP integration, ensuring workflows and playbooks are fully enabled by SAP FI-CO data and processes
• Own end-to-end integration design including connectivity patterns, data extraction methods (ABAP, oData, BTP), and mapping SAP financial data into canonical models
• Navigate SAP deployment models—On-Premise, Private Cloud, Public Cloud (RISE/GROW), and HEC—to ensure integration strategy covers the full customer landscape
• Translate SAP FI-CO process knowledge (period-end close, subledger reconciliation, journal entries, controlling) into product requirements and integration designs
• Partner with Engineering as the product authority on SAP data structures, configuration dependencies, and integration constraints
• Engage directly with customers and partners to validate integration designs and support successful deployments
• Support go-to-market teams with the integration value story: how it accelerates close and delivers measurable value for SAP-running accounting teams
• Drive adoption of platform workflows and products in SAP environments, measured by processes running on live SAP ERP data

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years working in an SAP FI-CO environment supporting financial close activities in a techno-functional, product, consulting, or solution advisory capacity
• Deep understanding of SAP FI-CO modules: general ledger, AP/AR, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and period-end close cycle
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP technical architecture including ABAP, oData services, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• Understanding of SAP deployment models and how each affects integration approach and data availability
• Strong grasp of accounting processes, close cadences, and financial controls within SAP environments
• Ability to engage at both technical and business levels: credible with engineers on integration architecture, persuasive with customers on process value
• Equal comfort as a hands-on builder (requirements, integration design, specs) and storyteller (customer conversations, partner alignment)

Preferred:

• Experience with financial close software products
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration patterns and differences in data model versus ECC6
• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, or working closely with product teams to translate SAP domain expertise into product direction
