Sales Director – UK (m/f/t)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the marketing technology sector who is expanding their UK sales operation. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth and build market share in the UK region. This is a remote position, ideally based in London or elsewhere in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and build pipeline across the UK market
• Initiate outbound contacts through email, LinkedIn campaigns, cold calling, and event engagement
• Strategically focus and target your territory to close new business opportunities
• Work with and provide direction to business development and sales prospecting teams
• Position the client's customer data platform solutions to enterprise prospects
• Navigate complex organizational structures at large enterprises to advance larger deal sizes
• Document discovery activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Adhere to company policies including privacy and information security procedures

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within digital marketing or big data/analytics SaaS environments
• MarTech, CDP, or data platform experience is highly desirable
• Strong track record of sales success and consistently achieving quota
• Proven experience selling to large enterprises and navigating complex organizations
• Demonstrated success in penetrating new markets and closing new business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Highly structured, process-oriented, and detail-focused approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude
• Experience documenting discovery processes in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and market conditions
• Remote working capability, ideally based in London or anywhere in the UK
