About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential business intelligence organization seeking an Account Executive for their London office. Our client operates globally, connecting senior decision-makers across multiple industries through curated business development platforms. This in-person role offers a clear progression path from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive and eventually Sales Manager for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and prospect new leads to build a substantial book of business
• Contact, qualify, and engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Negotiate and close contracts with C-level decision makers by understanding their growth objectives
• Maintain organized records of sales activity and pipeline management
• Nurture new and existing client relationships to maximize long-term value
• Travel to destination cities nationwide to support client relationships
• Represent the organization in delivering exceptional products and services

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with high-value products
• Demonstrated experience cold calling C-level executives
• Experience creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns (preferred)
• Exceptional listening and questioning skills with strong emotional intelligence
• Hunter mentality with disciplined approach to KPIs plus farmer ability to develop long-term relationships
• Strong research, time management, and organizational skills for effective pipeline management
• Leadership potential and ambition to progress into management roles

Compensation

Our client offers a competitive package including GBP 40,000 base salary in year one (GBP 30,000 base plus GBP 10,000 onboarding commission guarantee), with participation in an uncapped commission scheme. Commission rates range from 7%-13% on monthly targets. Year one OTE is GBP 57,000+, with Senior Account Executive year two OTE of GBP 69,000-132,000+. The role includes 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after one year), business travel to premium destinations, continuous training and mentorship, and monthly career reviews with clear progression milestones.
