Forward Deployed Engineer, Integrations – EU/UK

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for fraud and compliance products across the EU and UK region. This is a remote-first position where you'll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure smooth deployments for enterprise clients.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of engineering, client success, and solutions architecture. You'll work directly with clients and internal teams, solving complex integration challenges with practical, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products from initial engagement through go-live
• Provide comprehensive end-to-end support during client onboarding processes, ensuring successful deployments
• Own and maintain API documentation, SDK guides, integration specifications, and technical support materials
• Analyze client requirements from both technical and functional perspectives, designing solutions that leverage platform capabilities
• Manage implementation projects including quality monitoring, timeline management, risk mitigation, and deliverable tracking
• Develop deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to deliver optimal solutions
• Serve as a technical liaison between clients and product teams, providing actionable feedback from field deployments

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer
• Strong execution skills with proven integration and automation expertise
• Experience collaborating with multiple technical teams, both internal and external stakeholders
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to varied audiences
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to completion
• Proficiency with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Hands-on experience with API specifications (OpenAPI), web development, and scripting for internal tooling (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
• Must be based in the EU or UK and authorized to work in your location

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £70,000 – £90,000 base salary. The position also includes equity compensation and bonus potential. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location within the region.
