About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for an EMEA Strategy and Operations lead based in London. This is an individual contributor role focused on developing regional strategies, identifying market opportunities, and driving measurable business outcomes across consumer markets with opportunities to impact enterprise segments.

Our client is building transformative artificial intelligence products and needs someone who can translate global strategy into local execution. You'll go deep in priority European markets while creating scalable approaches across EMEA. This role combines rigorous analysis with hands-on execution—you'll personally drive initiatives from insight through delivery and measurement.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the London office, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Develop country and regional strategies with actionable plans, priorities, and forecasts for key European markets
• Drive growth metrics including acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization through data analysis and experimentation
• Lead market expansion efforts by identifying opportunities, building scalable launch frameworks, and determining localization requirements
• Execute strategic initiatives personally, moving projects from diagnosis through delivery, measurement, and iteration
• Align cross-functional teams across product, growth, marketing, partnerships, finance, research, operations, and compliance around shared objectives
• Represent European market perspectives to ensure customer insights shape global roadmaps and decisions
• Define success metrics and determine when successful local approaches should be scaled regionally

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business operations, or quantitative analytics with demonstrated accountability for business outcomes
• Proven track record developing and executing country, regional, or multi-market strategies
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities including forecasting, financial modeling, and growth metrics analysis
• Demonstrated ability to personally drive initiatives from initial insight through launch and measurement
• Deep understanding of European markets with ability to maintain regional and scalable perspective
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and ability to influence without formal authority
• High ownership mentality and ability to operate with urgency in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and alignment with responsible AI development
