Services Manager, Stores

Sephora is seeking a Services Manager, Stores to join our team at our Abbotsford, Fraser Valley location. As a full-time Services Manager, you'll lead retail operations and drive exceptional customer experiences in one of Canada's most dynamic beauty destinations.

In this position, you'll oversee daily store operations while championing Sephora's commitment to creating meaningful connections with customers. You'll manage a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service, building the beauty community that keeps our guests coming back, and ensuring every visit reflects our brand's values of innovation and inclusivity.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor store staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising
• Drive sales performance and meet store targets through team engagement and strategic planning
• Create a welcoming, clean, and organized shopping environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Support hiring, training, and scheduling of store team members
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
