Contact Centre Representative

CARSTAR is actively recruiting a Contact Centre Representative to join our growing team at our Corporate Head Office in Hamilton, Ontario. This is a part-time position offering an opportunity to develop your customer service and communication skills while serving customers across North America.

About This Position

As a Contact Centre Representative with CARSTAR in Hamilton, you'll be at the front line of our customer interactions, handling both inbound and outbound calls across Canada and the United States. This part-time role supports our extended contact centre operations, with hours spanning 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends. You'll be part of a growing operation at our headquarters in Hamilton, Ontario, where customer communication excellence is central to our business.

Your Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Initiate and manage outbound customer communication as assigned
• Document interactions and maintain complete, accurate call records
• Address customer needs while adhering to company protocols and quality standards
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment within the contact centre
• Work effectively with colleagues to meet departmental performance objectives
