Key Customers Solutions Architect EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential AI cloud infrastructure organization seeking a Key Customers Solutions Architect to support strategic GPU cloud services customers across EMEA. Working remotely from Europe, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients deploying and scaling AI solutions with large-scale GPU workloads.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex AI and ML challenges
• Guiding customers in optimizing GPU performance for machine learning training and inference workloads, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across hundreds to thousands of GPUs
• Partnering with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, promote platform capabilities, and deliver technical presentations to prospective and existing clients
• Acting as a liaison between customers and product teams, gathering feedback, relaying feature requests, and ensuring customer requirements inform product development
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate solutions and drive alignment on technical challenges

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience in Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer roles with hands-on cloud services and AI/ML workload experience
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Python programming
• Solid understanding of GPU computing, including ML training, inference workloads, and GPU stacks such as CUDA or OpenCL
• Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to build trust and foster long-term technical relationships
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with HPC or ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm or Kubeflow
• Experience with deep learning frameworks including PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with ML tooling from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines
• Experience mentoring technical teams and driving team growth
• Expertise in stakeholder negotiation and collaborative problem resolution
