Partnership Director

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Partnership Director. This role will be instrumental in managing strategic reseller partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market reach across the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare SaaS partnership strategy and a proven track record of building enablement programs that empower partners to succeed. This is a high-impact position for someone who excels at relationship management and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership sales strategies, set performance targets, and expand partner adoption across their client base
• Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding tools and training programs focused on product knowledge, sales positioning, and support best practices
• Collaborate directly with partner sales teams to help close deals, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure partners have the resources needed for success
• Co-develop sales materials including presentations, product demonstrations, case studies, and collateral to support partner selling efforts
• Analyze market trends and partner feedback to refine enablement strategies and identify growth opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across partner organizations, nurturing long-term productive relationships
• Track and report on partner sales performance KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating shared successes
• Partner with internal marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product updates to partners

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing partner strategy in Healthcare SaaS environments
• Demonstrated success developing and executing partner enablement programs that drive measurable results
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear, meaningful insights through written and verbal channels
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and market insights that inform strategic decisions
• Proven project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
• Highly collaborative approach with a passion for cultivating and maintaining strong partner relationships
• Proactive and self-motivated; takes ownership and acts with minimal supervision
• Adapts quickly to changing priorities while maintaining strong organizational discipline
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future
