About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing e-commerce organization in the home and garden sector, currently seeking an Internal Sales Associate to join their UK operations in Derbyshire. Our client operates across multiple international markets and is experiencing significant expansion in the premium outdoor living space.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with warm, high-intent leads generated through performance marketing, converting interest into sales through consultative conversations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming leads and convert inquiries into appointments and sales through consultative, relationship-driven communication
• Provide tailored product consultations to help customers select the right solutions for their outdoor spaces
• Develop, manage, and continuously optimize the Charngrove showroom to maximize sales opportunities and customer experience
• Guide customers through the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to purchase, ensuring accuracy and smooth order coordination
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for accessories, add-ons, and complementary services
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales approach and strategy
• Support planning and attend events, exhibitions, and customer showcases as needed
• Maintain detailed records in HubSpot CRM and support performance reporting initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Experience with high-value consumer products preferred
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international team environment
• Native-level English proficiency
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and consultative selling
