Product Manager – Platform Experience & Cloud Administration (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software organization in their search for a Product Manager to lead platform experience and cloud administration capabilities. This is a remote-friendly role based in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, working with a recognized leader in the cloud planning and analytics space.

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for critical platform capabilities including navigation, onboarding, user access management, and cloud administration tooling. This role sits at the intersection of end-user experience and IT administrator workflows, shaping how thousands of users interact with a modern SaaS platform daily.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for platform navigation, base UI components, and cloud console capabilities
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and product validation to ensure high-impact product investments
• Improve platform experiences including navigation, onboarding flows, login experiences, session management, and analytics integrations
• Evolve the cloud console self-service experience, enabling IT teams to manage environments, users, permissions, and access controls efficiently
• Guide initiatives end-to-end from concept through delivery, launch, and ongoing measurement
• Balance customer needs, technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term platform scalability when making product decisions
• Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to align delivery with sustainable platform design
• Enable cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership
• Define success metrics, measure adoption and user experience improvements, and continuously optimize capabilities
• Champion customer-centric innovation that serves both end users and IT administrators while strengthening trust

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of Product Manager experience within enterprise SaaS environments
• Track record owning foundational product areas such as platform services, administrative experiences, developer portals, or infrastructure-related products
• Strong understanding of IT buyer/administrator needs as well as end-user requirements
• Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in complex, cross-functional settings
• Ability to build trust with engineering teams through clear problem definition, structured thinking, and pragmatic decision-making
• Experience navigating dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and translating complexity into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Based within a European time zone
