About This Opportunity

This Technical Support Engineer role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge peer-to-peer technology used by major enterprises across aviation, retail, hospitality, and defense sectors.
We're seeking a technical problem-solver who thrives on debugging complex issues and working directly with developers. You'll be the bridge between customers and engineering, handling everything from SDK troubleshooting to production incident response.
Responsibilities
- Reproduce, debug, and escalate technical issues in partnership with Engineering and Product teams
- Serve as technical expert and initial escalation point for SDK and Cloud platform products
- Provide hands-on guidance to developers working through complex integration challenges
- Respond to live escalations and production incidents, coordinating across internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical customer environments
- Collaborate with Engineering on incident communications and root cause analyses
- Build tools and automation to improve support workflows and reduce response times
- Leverage AI and other technologies to create self-service solutions for routine issues
- Advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap based on real-world feedback
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2-4+ years in technical support engineering or software engineering roles
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and actionable solutions
- Deep expertise in at least one relevant domain: Operating Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Networking, Databases, or Distributed Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to read and follow code and GitHub commits to understand recent platform changes
- Strong customer-facing skills including active listening, empathy, and expectation-setting
- UK work authorization
Preferred:
- Experience in high-growth technology environments
- Track record building support functions and enablement processes from scratch
- History of building strong relationships with enterprise customers
