Wir rekrutieren für einen wachstumsstarken Kunden im Performance-Marketing-Bereich einen Founders Associate (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und optimierst die internen Abläufe eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens.
Unser Mandant ist eine spezialisierte Agentur, die mit führenden E-Commerce- und D2C-Marken im DACH-Raum zusammenarbeitet. Das Unternehmen setzt stark auf KI-gestützte Prozesse und Automatisierung, um seinen Kunden erstklassige Ergebnisse zu liefern.
Deine Aufgaben
- Analyse interner Prozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Zeit und Qualität
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von KI-Workflows und Automatisierungen
- Einführung neuer Tools und Software sowie Sicherstellung deren effektiver Nutzung im Team
- Dokumentation von Abläufen für skalierbares Wachstum
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung
- Impact-Messung anhand klarer KPIs und datenbasierte Ableitung nächster Schritte
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in Business Development, Operations oder Prozessmanagement
- Starkes Gespür für effiziente Unternehmensabläufe und die Fähigkeit, diese umzusetzen
- Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und Automatisierungsplattformen (z.B. ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier/Make)
- Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu vereinfachen
- Eigenständige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Ergebnisorientierung
- Lernbereitschaft und Wille zur schnellen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau erforderlich
