Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential beauty organization seeking a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager for their Berlin team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships for the German-speaking market and drive measurable business results through high-performing influencer collaborations.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships with defined revenue, performance, and growth objectives
• Identifying, recruiting, and securing high-potential creator collaborations with measurable business impact
• Conducting contract and terms negotiations independently, balancing sustainable relationship-building with company objectives and profitability
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners with a growth-oriented focus
• Managing influencer campaigns with emphasis on performance, ROI, reach, engagement, and revenue contribution
• Analyzing campaign and creator performance data to derive concrete optimization and scaling measures

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, partnership management, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, media sales, or comparable commercially-focused roles
• Completed degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Data-driven work approach with strong ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into actionable measures
• Excellent knowledge of the German digital, creator, and beauty landscape
• Hands-on mentality with strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets)
• Fluency in German is required for this role
• Experience in DTC, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, creator economy, or fast-growing companies is a significant plus
