We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that has established itself as a market leader in vertical business management software. Our client is experiencing impressive year-over-year growth and is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Engineering team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering team in delivering well-written, well-tested code to complete new features and address product issues
• Collaborate on the design, implementation, testing, and review of new features and fixes
• Review code and contribute feedback to improve quality, readability, and testability across the codebase
• Architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate services that serve thousands of users
• Use Agile processes to experiment and improve software development practices
• Implement real-time communication tools, responsive scheduling applications, and workflow automation platforms
• Solve advanced mapping and geolocation problems
• Contribute to public RESTful API development
• Review junior team members' work and provide coaching and feedback

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of software development experience
• 7+ years of full-stack web development experience including frontend, backend, and database
• Top-notch coding skills with mastery in at least one programming language
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong belief that performance is a feature
• Experience with Vue.js, C#, SQL Server, Redis, ElasticSearch, and Git
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows
• Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging AI coding assistants into development processes
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of HTML5 and mobile responsive development
• Contributions to open source projects or Stack Overflow
• Availability for occasional after-hours support (the team maintains a sustainable 40-hour work week)
