Social Media & Content Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fitness brand in Berlin that's scaling its in-house content production. This Social Media & Content Manager role sits at the intersection of organic social strategy, creator management, and AI-assisted workflows—perfect for someone who knows what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest and can turn ideas into published content quickly.

You'll work closely with a growing content team to manage both authentic creator-driven content and emerging AI-supported production processes. This isn't a solo role—you'll collaborate with colleagues who are equally focused on building content that drives real business results.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Community

• Plan, create, and publish organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across all platforms
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages
• Analyze post performance and translate insights into optimization strategies and new content ideas

Creator & UGC Management

• Coordinate creator partnerships from briefing through delivery: communication, timelines, and content approval
• Organize content workflows to ensure creator materials are ready on time for social, performance marketing, and other production needs
• Nurture the existing creator network and identify new talent alongside the team

Content Production: Shoots & AI

• Attend on-location shoots, coordinate creators and talent, and maximize usable content from each production day
• Collaborate with the content team on workflows that use AI tools for research, ideation, editing, or variant creation
• Contribute ideas on how to integrate authentic and AI-assisted content most effectively

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

• Practical experience in social media management, content marketing, or UGC—you understand how brands perform on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Strong platform instincts: you know current formats and trends and can apply them on-brand rather than chasing every trend
• Organizational ability to juggle multiple creators and productions simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Clear communication skills for briefing creators, giving constructive feedback, and collaborating with marketing, design, and performance teams
• Basic understanding of how content supports the customer journey and drives conversion
• Drive and curiosity to grow with the role—we value motivation and adaptability over a perfect CV

Nice to Have

• Strategic thinking around building and developing creator partnerships
• Experience with AI tools for content creation (text, image, or video)
• Exposure to performance marketing or e-commerce environments
