We are representing a confidential communications agency in Mainz, and our talent team is seeking a Senior Strategist to join their growing practice.
In this role, you will:
- Develop communication strategies, brand positioning, and compelling narratives for B2B clients
- Analyze brands, target audiences, and market trends to create clear concepts for corporate and sustainability communications

- Facilitate client workshops, provide strategic input during pitches, and serve as a trusted advisor in presentations

- Several years of professional experience in strategic conceptual work, ideally within a creative, communications, or marketing agency environment
- Strong ability to structure complex topics and communicate them clearly and concisely
- Goal-oriented thinking with the capacity to develop strategic foundations that inform creative ideas and concepts
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across disciplines
- Passion for storytelling with excellent language skills and writing proficiency in German
- Responsible use of AI and other tools, with awareness of emerging developments
- Deep understanding of B2B corporate communications, cross-channel mechanics, target audiences, and communication channels
