Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential solar technology manufacturer in the Rehfelde area. They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to drive measurable, profitable growth through data-driven digital campaigns. Responsibilities

• Plan, build, manage, and scale cross-channel performance marketing campaigns
• Operationally manage and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Analyze, optimize, and develop Google Ads campaigns
• Build and scale additional channels including YouTube Ads and Pinterest Ads
• Develop WhatsApp funnels for lead qualification and appointment setting
• Create new campaign, audience, and offer strategies
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale profitably
• Develop and execute a structured creative testing roadmap
• Develop hooks, headlines, ad copy, and compelling advertising messages
• Create briefs and scripts for video ads
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and external specialists
• Deploy and test AI-generated creatives
• Design and optimize landing pages and sales funnels
• Conduct structured A/B tests for continuous conversion optimization
• Optimize forms, call-to-actions, and lead processes
• Improve quality and conversion probability of incoming customer inquiries
• Build complete tracking from first ad contact through to customer acquisition
• Connect advertising platforms, website, WhatsApp, CRM, and sales systems
• Analyze lead costs, appointment rates, close rates, and customer acquisition cost
• Prepare regular performance reports with concrete recommendations
• Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and IT teams

What We're Looking For

• Several years of practical experience in performance marketing and digital customer acquisition
• Proven track record generating and scaling qualified leads and customers
• Strong operational experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience managing and profitably scaling larger advertising budgets
• Knowledge of YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, and/or WhatsApp marketing is advantageous
• Experience with landing pages, funnels, and conversion rate optimization
• Confident working with tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, and Conversion APIs
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
• Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset
• Independent, structured, and consistently results-oriented work approach
• Ability to continuously develop campaigns, not just manage them
• Clear communication and willingness to take responsibility for measurable results
• Fluency in German is required for this position
