About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Business Continuity Manager to lead their crisis preparedness and operational resilience efforts. This role offers the chance to take ownership of business continuity management systems and work closely with technical and business teams to ensure organizational readiness in exceptional situations.

Responsibilities
- Own and advance the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with BSI 200-4 standards
- Conduct regular Business Impact Analyses, evaluate findings, and derive actionable measures
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate emergency response plans, business continuity plans, and recovery procedures
- Design and implement preparedness concepts, exercises, and tests while supporting departments in execution
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to align IT disaster recovery planning and testing cycles
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in business continuity management, or a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 or BSI IT-Grundschutz 200-4
- Experience in information security or risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 2700X, BAIT, MaRisk) is highly valued
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with banking products and processes is a plus
