Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a working student for their logistics operations in Berlin. In this role, you will:
- Prepare technical components systematically and conduct quality testing
- Process orders in the ERP system and select appropriate products from inventory
- Create shipping documents and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Receive, clean, and store returns, including technical documentation in the ERP system
- Support administrative tasks within warehouse logistics
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in university studies (ideally)
- Professional goals and interests that align with healthcare logistics
- Interest in a long-term, trust-based collaboration with opportunities for continuous development
- Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills and responsible handling of products and data
- Fluent German written and verbal communication skills, plus good English proficiency
- Previous practical experience in administration, logistics, customer service, or office assistance is advantageous
- Completed commercial training is a plus
- Available to work 3-4 days per week on-site in Berlin
