We're seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong focus on creator coaching and community development. This role is based in Langweid am Lech, Germany, and offers the opportunity to shape social media strategy while mentoring content creators across multiple platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who doesn't just understand social media theory but has hands-on experience building audiences, creating engaging content, and understanding what makes content perform. You'll work directly with a network of national and international creators, helping them refine their approach and grow their presence.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop national and international content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Conduct regular coaching sessions focused on content strategy, engagement, and audience growth
• Analyze creator accounts and provide detailed feedback on videos, reels, hooks, storytelling, visual language, and content structure
• Develop individualized strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower counts
• Share current social media trends and best practices with creators
• Support creators in developing new content ideas and formats
• Lead regular online meetings and training sessions
• Create guidelines, briefings, and training materials for the creator community
• Identify emerging trends and translate them to the creative DIY space
• Collaborate closely with social media, creator relations, and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Ideally, you operate your own successful social media account or have demonstrable experience building accounts
• A strong plus: personal account in creative, DIY, crafting, art, or similar niches
• Deep understanding of why certain videos succeed and others don't
• Ability to communicate knowledge clearly and motivate others to improve
• Strong instinct for content, trends, storytelling, and audience psychology
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse personalities and communication styles
• Fluent English required for supporting international creators
• French language skills are a significant advantage but not mandatory
• Self-directed, organized work style with ability to contribute original ideas
• Please be prepared to share links to your own social media accounts or accounts you've managed
