Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Sales Director to lead MSP channel growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will develop and execute the MSP channel sales strategy, translating broader go-to-market priorities into clear territory plans that drive measurable results.
In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner and Distribution Business Managers to deliver on ambitious growth targets. You'll build executive-level relationships with MSP partners to drive retention, expansion, and an exceptional partner experience. Your focus will be on generating pipeline and closing opportunities across new and upsell Annual Contract Value while expanding existing Annual Recurring Revenue.
You'll maintain strong territory management discipline, including account planning, pipeline generation, campaign execution, and CRM hygiene. Close partnership with Marketing and Solution Engineering teams will be essential as you execute joint campaigns and solution motions. You'll provide accurate weekly reporting and forecasting, including pipeline health and risk assessment, and act as an escalation point for large strategic MSPs to help remove blockers to close.
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking a leader with proven success in B2B sales leadership within a channel, partner, or MSP ecosystem. You should have experience managing and coaching sales or partner managers in a hands-on player/coach capacity.
Strong pipeline generation and forecasting discipline with confident CRM hygiene is essential. You'll bring commercial acumen and experience closing subscription/SaaS outcomes, with ARR/ACV experience preferred. Excellent stakeholder management skills across partners and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering are required.
The ideal candidate can present to and influence senior decision-makers effectively. You'll demonstrate curiosity and a learning mindset across industry trends, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. This position requires someone who has successfully built and scaled high-growth MSP, channel, or partner businesses and is ready for a defining career challenge.
This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, requiring three days per week in the office.
