Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS startup in Berlin seeking a Working Student in Marketing to support their growth initiatives. In this role, you will take on real ownership across the marketing function and report directly to senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and creating social media content, including video formats, and managing community engagement on LinkedIn
- Developing content such as blog articles, newsletters, and case studies
- Coordinating newsletter production, distribution, and performance tracking
- Supporting the setup, coordination, and execution of webinars
- Conducting market and competitive research within the AI and compliance technology space
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing channels and formats relevant to B2B audiences
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field) - minimum 3rd semester of Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment or strong interest in B2B software marketing
- Experience using AI tools and curiosity to explore new technologies
- Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style
- Fluency in both German and English
- Bonus: Previous exposure to content marketing (SEO, GEO), newsletter campaigns, or B2B social media
- Nice to have: Knowledge of HubSpot and Canva
