We are representing a confidential nonprofit advisory organization in Berlin that bridges sectors to drive measurable social impact. Our client works at the intersection of business, philanthropy, civil society, and public institutions to strengthen cross-sector collaboration and tackle pressing societal challenges.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant and Program Manager for Partnerships & Collective Impact to join their team. This role combines strategic consulting, network development, and program leadership to create meaningful collaborations that drive systemic change.

Responsibilities

• Convene stakeholders from business, civil society, philanthropy, and the public sector to catalyze high-impact partnerships and develop new models of cross-sector collaboration
• Design and facilitate established dialogue formats in both physical and digital settings
• Play a central role in a new initiative connecting impact startups with corporations, investors, and enablers from academia, government, and civil society to advance structural change on major societal challenges
• Lead and strategically develop a corporate citizenship working group, recruiting new corporate participants and shaping actionable insights for effective corporate social responsibility
• Design, acquire, and manage consulting and partnership projects—advising startups on impact optimization and investor connections, or supporting nonprofit-corporate collaborations
• Independently steer complex projects from conception through partner management, implementation, and evaluation, balancing social value with economic viability

What We're Looking For

• Passionate commitment to social transformation, sustainable business practices, and cross-sector collaboration
• Energy, persuasiveness, and empathy to build trust and mobilize diverse stakeholders—including skeptics—toward shared goals
• Consulting experience, ideally with startups, investors, or corporations on strategy or organizational development; ability to design, lead, and deliver consulting processes independently
• Track record building or managing networks, preferably involving corporate and startup ecosystem actors; skill in quickly identifying relevant stakeholders and connecting them with target audiences
• Experience with multi-stakeholder processes or collective impact approaches; comfort engaging decision-makers at executive and leadership levels
• Proven experience developing and winning partners, clients, or funders, and leading complex projects independently
• Fluency in German required; this position is based in Berlin
