About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential life sciences organization seeking a West & North Field Application Manager for a remote position based in France. Our client is a global leader in laboratory automation and diagnostic solutions, supporting scientific breakthroughs that save lives.

This leadership role will manage flow cytometry application teams across France, the UK, Netherlands, and Sweden. You'll oversee strategic initiatives, implement impactful KPIs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align application support with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional application support teams dedicated to flow cytometry across Western and Northern European markets
• Develop and implement key performance indicators to drive measurable team performance and alignment
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clinical customers across the region
• Deliver tailored solutions and technical support to meet diverse customer needs
• Oversee strategic initiatives that advance flow cytometry applications in clinical and research settings
• Travel up to 50% within the region and internationally for essential training and meetings

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent field
• 3+ years of experience in scientific, medical, or clinical environments
• Advanced knowledge of flow cytometry with strong background in immunology and hematology
• Proven experience managing regional or cross-functional application teams
• Demonstrated ability to implement and track performance metrics
• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic influence capabilities
• Fluency in English is required; French language skills strongly preferred for communication with clinical customers
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in a scientific field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
• Previous leadership experience in the diagnostics or life sciences industry
