Insurance Account Specialist

We are representing a confidential insurance services organization seeking an Insurance Account Specialist to join their remote team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while processing insurance transactions and supporting account management activities. Our client values quality service delivery and maintains strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and insurance professionals nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while completing routine insurance tasks in agency management systems
• Support senior specialists and account managers by proactively addressing service-related issues
• Collaborate with service delivery teams on client work and provide constructive feedback
• Independently operate client and carrier systems to process routine insurance transactions
• Document all work accurately in client and company databases
• Follow established procedures to meet quality service level agreements while maintaining security standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet client needs and achieve team goals

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current Property and Casualty License required
• 2+ years of insurance experience (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, etc.)
• Professional customer service and/or processing experience required
• Fluency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
• Process-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Technological proficiency and ability to learn and navigate multiple client and internal systems
• Must reside in the United States
