We are representing a confidential consulting organization in Münster, Germany, seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. This is a full-time position where you'll guide mid-sized and large companies through strategic transformation projects.

Our client values pragmatic, implementation-focused consulting that places people at the center of organizational change. You'll work closely with leadership teams and have direct impact on client outcomes and firm development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational transformation projects across the supply chain for client organizations
• Analyze processes, organizational structures, and interdependencies to develop sustainable, actionable solutions
• Take ownership of project planning, management, and successful delivery from concept through implementation
• Facilitate workshops that bring together diverse perspectives and build stakeholder buy-in for change initiatives
• Advise specialists and executives at peer level, supporting well-informed decision-making
• Think holistically across functional areas, recognizing system interactions and developing integrated approaches
• Contribute ideas to evolve client relationships, service offerings, and internal firm capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in consulting and/or supply chain management, ideally as a project manager, consultant, or comparable role
• Understanding of not just processes, but also the organizational and human factors that determine whether change succeeds
• Cross-functional thinking with ability to challenge existing structures and craft pragmatic solutions for complex challenges
• Structured, methodical, solution-oriented work style with strong process understanding and systems perspective
• Confidence engaging with specialists and leadership, with skill in aligning different interests
• Technical or business administration educational background
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and quality standards in your work
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, flexibility, and team orientation
• German language proficiency required for this Münster-based role
